Mr. Laurie Walker assumed the rôle of Music Director of the Arion Male Voice Choir in September 2002. He has taught music since 1969 in Victoria and Ottawa. He is well known for his high calibre student choirs at Monterey Elementary and Lampson Street School. Currently he is helping students in the area of choral music at the district's newest school: Eagle View Elementary. Mr. Walker has also been involved with adult singers, both locally and in Ontario, formerly with the Victoria Village Squires, and currently as the Director of the Crystal Singers. Mrs. Ursula Thomas is well known as an accompanist in the City and is one of Victoria's most gifted musicians who continues to make a great contribution to the musical life of the city.
